Abstract: Teach college students physical exercise knowledge, general sports skills and special sports skills, promote them to enjoy fun,enhance physical fitness,sound personality and temper will through physical exercise, cultivate them physical literacy with patriotic feelings, social responsibility and personal qualities,which is the mission of college physical education.It shows that the ideological and political education of college physical education curriculum has the effect of cultivating the excellent quality of college students, enriching the content of the ideological and political education, improving the effect of physical education, and promoting the excellent traditional sports culture.Therefore,it should adhere to problem-oriented teaching reform ideas, guiding ideologies, sports department leaders taking the lead, and all teachers participating. Also, it has the same point of convergence between physical literacy cultivation and the ideological and political education construction,the latter can be achieved by the former. The physical literacy training path contains six parts,church,practice,regular competition,moral education,evaluation and mechanism.
