课程思政背景下创新创业人才培养新模式的探索与实践以南昌航空大学航空制造工程学院为例

  • 摘要: 围绕“三全育人”这一教育根本性问题,南昌航空大学航空制造工程学院不断创新“三全育人”工作方式,结合自身办学特色,创造性地将“党建+创新创业教育”有机结合,提出了“‘1233’课程思政创新创业人才培养模式”。同时将该模式不断在实践中进行完善,建立了长效机制,有效地解决了当前大学生接受创新创业教育的主动性不足、创新创业能力的实践锻炼不足等问题。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on the fundamental issue of education, the school of aeronautical manufacturing engineering of Nanchang Hangkong University has continuously innovated the working mode of “three-pronged education”. Combined with its own school-running characteristics, Nanchang Hangkong University creatively combines “party building + entrepreneurship and innovation education” and puts forward the “1233” curriculum talent training mode of ideological and political entrepreneurship and innovation. At the same time, the model is improved in continuous practice, and a long-term mechanism is established, which effectively solves the problems of insufficient initiative of college students to receive innovation and entrepreneurship education and insufficient practical exercise of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
