Abstract: Filial piety culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture, which not only shapes the basic style of Chinese traditional culture, but also constructs the core of Confucian political governance. In the new era, to insist and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, it is necessary to examine and excavate the cultural value of traditional filial piety in our country. Drawing lessons from the social management value of Chinese traditional filial piety culture is helpful to realize the overall improvement of management efficiency, and highlight the charm of scientific leadership. It is an important way to promote the soft power of Chinese culture to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture including the reasonable value of filial piety culture.
