Abstract: The centuries-old history of the struggle of the Communist Party of China is a history of the Party’s mass line ideology, a history of not forgetting the original intention and sharing life and death with the people. Over the past century, the Communist Party of China has united and led the people to form and develop the concept of the masses of the people in practice. It contains a distinct theoretical character, which is reflected in the three aspects of ideological inheritance, people’s subjectivity, theoretical innovation. The Communist Party of China has the unchanging original aspiration and mission of seeking happiness for the people. In the new era, we must conscientiously sum up the historical experience of the CPC’s views on the masses, always stick to the people’s stand, persist in serving the people and abide by the people’s judgment standards, which will make our party the backbone of the people of the whole country all the time.
