地方高校大学生创新创业教育协同谐振机制研究以南昌航空大学为例

Collaborative Resonance Mechanism of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Local College Students

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着国家对创新创业的高度重视,一般地方高校的创新创业教育得到快速发展。但总体来说,一般地方高校的创新创业教育均不同程度存在投入分散、缺乏协同聚焦,实践活动杂乱无序、缺乏谐振组织机制等问题,结果导致高校创新创业教育长效机制缺乏,难以形成自己的品牌和特色。针对这一问题,地方高校应利用自身的区位和学科专业优势,协同有限人力物力资源投入,提升管理和服务品质,探索和构建具有学校自身特色的创新创业协同谐振教育机制,使创新创业教育实践活动由无序向有序、由松散随机向自组织、由杂乱无章向协同谐振方向转化,实现高校大学生创新创业教育实践的高质量提升。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, with the high attention paid by the state, the innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities has been developed rapidly. However, there are still many problems such as scattered investment, lack of collaboration, disordered practical activities, and scarce resonant organization mechanism, which lead to the lack of long-term mechanism and too difficult to form its own brand and characteristics. In order to solve the problems, it is proposed that local universities may make full use of their own regional and disciplinary advantages, intergrate limited human and material resources, improve management and service quality, and explore to build a collaborative resonance education mechanism with their own characteristics, which will make the practice activities transformed from disordered to ordered, from impact to self-organized, from unsystematic to synergy and resonance and improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice.
