Abstract: Rural governance is the foundation and key field of national governance. As the key content of rural governance, the construction of villages ruled by law constitutes an important part of rural revitalization strategy. It is the grass-roots practice to realize the comprehensive rule of law and also a strong grasp for resolving in the new era. The current predicament in the process of rural construction under the rule of law is not only the limitation of the development stage, but also the deep-seated influence of the rural social economy, legal system and culture. According to the current rural situation, we should focus on the practical needs of farmers and actively seek the development path of promoting rural construction under the rule of law at the present stage.
