Abstract: College graduates are valuable human resources, which provide key support for the development of Jiangxi aviation industry. At present, there are obvious shortcomings in the cultivation and transportation of talents in the aviation industry in Jiangxi province, which are mainly manifested in the insufficient effective supply of graduates of major aviation majors, the imbalance of the structure and layout of aviation disciplines and majors, the weak employment willingness of graduates in Jiangxi province, and the incomplete policies for the introduction and cultivation of aviation talents. Therefore, a series of measures should be taken to provide talents guarantee for the development of the aviation industry in Jiangxi by formulating talent training plans, strengthening the forward-looking guidance of key support, improving the discipline layout of aviation colleges, enhancing the effective supply capacity of aviation talents, improving the talent introduction and education policy, providing employment and entrepreneurship policy guarantee in Jiangxi, and strengthening employment guidance in Jiangxi.
