职业教育助推乡村产业振兴的价值逻辑和实现进路

The Value Logic and Realization Path of Vocational Education Promoting the Revitalization of Rural Industry

  • 摘要: 作为技能人才孕育的摇篮,职业教育具有人力之母、智力之本和孵化之源等多重属性,是培育农业人才、促进农业技术创新、推动农业产业孵化的重要载体和抓手,能为乡村产业振兴提供不竭的智力资源和动力支撑。乡村振兴背景下,职业教育存在教育重要性认知不足、职业教育资源布局失衡、“产教”分离等困境与问题,影响了职业教育助推价值的发挥。改革的逻辑进路在于提升认知,促进职业教育充分全面发展;推动职业教育资源均衡布局,丰富乡村人才和技术供给;构建“产教”融合的职教体系,促进乡村产业崛起和振兴。

     

    Abstract: As the cradle of skilled personnel, vocational education has multiple attributes such as the mother of human resources, the origin of intelligence and the source of incubation. It is an important carrier and starting point for cultivating agricultural talents, promoting agricultural technology innovation and promoting agricultural industry incubation, and can provide inexhaustible intellectual resources and power support for the revitalization of rural industries. In the context of rural revitalization, vocational education has some difficulties and problems, such as insufficient awareness of the importance of education, unbalanced distribution of vocational education resources, and the separation of “production and education”, which to some extent affect the promotion value and effectiveness of vocational education. The logical way of reform lies in the following points. First, we should enhance cognition and promote the rapid development of vocational education science. Second, we should promote the balanced distribution of vocational education resources and enrich the supply of talents and technology in rural areas. Last, a vocational education system integrating “industry and education” should be built to promote the rise and revitalization of rural industries.
