Abstract: As a centralized educational activity within the whole party, the orderly and effective promotion of the Communist Party of China’s history study and education should straighten out the logical approach. From the perspective of value logic, the orderly and effective promotion of the CPC’s history learning and education is beneficial to party members and cadres to inherit red genes and resist wrong thoughts with firm ideals and beliefs. From the perspective of theory logic, Clarifying learning and education objectives is the premise, building a learning and education platform is the foundation, condensed learning and education content is the core, innovative learning and education methods are the means, paying attention to learning and education feedback is the guarantee, so as to ensure the orderly and effective advancement of the CPC’s history learning and education. From the point of view of practical logic, the orderly and effective promotion of the CPC’s history education, which need establish a sound mechanism to carry out the main responsibility, optimize the propaganda team, increase the investment of funds and build the power system.
