Abstract: Under the background of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, the traditional top-down social management model is increasingly showing its inadaptability. The mode of cooperation and sharing has been adapted to the times. To optimize the efficiency of social governance, we need to make full use of the socialist core values. In the process of socialist core values running through the whole process of social governance, we should constantly explore the entry point of integrating socialist core values into the modernization of social governance, realize the integration and reconstruction of the system and operation mechanism of social governance, and optimize the social governance system, so as to achieve the governance efficiency.
