Abstract: Developing aviation sports industry is an important measure of the supply-side structural reform of the sports industry and is also a part of military-mivilian integrated development. The two crucial factors which could affect the development of the aviation sports industry are technology and talents. Aviation sports industry was currently in the period of rapid development. There was a large talent gap. However, personnel training of aviation sports industry talents had not been included in the professional talent training, or there was no related talent training program. Combining national standard of teaching quality of physical education and aviation, it puts forward how to cultivate aviation sports talents from respects of objectives, specifications and curriculum provision.
