Abstract: The establishment and realization of the cultural confidence is not an overnight thing, and should be founded on the cultural self-consciousness, derived from the seeking and inheriting the root of Chinese culture; the cultural introspection, derived from the rational examination of the criticism and development for the truth of culture; the cultural autonomy, derived from the selection and construction of cultural value; and the cultural innovation, derived from the creative transformation and innovative development of culture. Actually, it might be the only way that conforms to the construction and development of the cultural confidence. On the basis of such process, the firmest, the most reliable, and the most lasting cultural confidence could be established for building a strong socialist culture in China.
