一流学科建设的现实困境与行动路径

Realistic Dilemma and Action Path of First-class Disciplines Construction

  • 摘要: 一流学科建设作为一流大学建设的核心任务,是提高高等教育质量的基础和抓手,对我国高等教育强国建设具有重要作用。但是当前我国一流学科建设过程中存在学术与社会逻辑之争、依赖国际学科排名、学科结构失衡等现实困境,给一流学科建设造成了一定的消极效应。为真正解决这些问题从而实现一流学科建设的目标与价值,可从三条路径采取相应行动:坚守学术逻辑,回应社会逻辑,保持必要张力;善用学科评估,瞄向世界一流,打造中国特色;促进学科交叉,形成学科群落,培育学科文化。

     

    Abstract: As the core task of first-class universities construction, first-class disciplines construction is the foundation and starting point to improve the quality of higher education, and plays an important role in the construction of China’s powerful country of higher education.However, there are some practical difficulties in the construction of first-class disciplines in China, such as the dispute between academic and social logic, dependence on international disciplines ranking, and imbalance of disciplines structure, which have caused certain negative effects on the construction of first-class disciplines.In order to solve these problems and realize the goal and value of first-class disciplines construction, we can take corresponding actions from three paths: adhering to academic logic, responding to social logic, and maintaining the necessary tension; making good use of the subject evaluation, aiming at world-class, and creating Chinese characteristics; promoting interdisciplinary, forming discipline community, and cultivating the discipline culture.
