Abstract: The modular teaching model of Quality Management Engineering (QME) course is established by applying the QFD theory to design the teaching system of QME course. The model is taking an aviation college as the research object and combining the aviation characteristics of college, starting from capacity demand and then establishing the modular teaching quality function development model of QME course, which gradually expands the curriculum capacity requirements into three quality house matrices: modular teaching quality design, modular teaching content configuration and modular teaching quality control. This quality house matrices become the base of reconstruction of modular teaching content of QME course.
