Abstract: Moral education is foundation of a university. The party and the country place higher education in a strategic position for the development of higher education. Student work is an important part of university talent cultivation and an important content of University student’s ideological and political education and management. Nanchang Hangkong University proposed universities with the theme of “ensuring stability and promoting development”, we carried out student education management work practice with “3+1” as the main mode, and made specific and project-oriented content of the theme of “promoting stability and development”, and achieved certain results, has a good radiation reference.
