净化党内政治生态下构建高校干部干事创业的动力机制

Construction of the Dynamic Mechanism of University Cadres’ Entrepreneurship Under the Condition of Purifying the Inner-Party Political Ecology

  • 摘要: 净化党内政治生态是打好新时代全面从严治党的坚实基础。当前党内政治生态建设面临不容忽视的现实问题,亟需全面净化。在此背景下,高校要适应新时代的要求,落实立德树人根本任务,促进高校健康发展的当务之急在于积极构建高校干部干事创业动力机制。通过深入分析当前高校干部动力机制存在的问题,从干部内在提升、外在保障、监督问责三方面提出了切实可行的干部动力机制建设路径。

     

    Abstract: Purifying the political ecology within the party is a solid foundation for comprehensively and strictly administering the party in the new era. At present, the construction of Inner-Party Political Ecology is facing with practical problems that can not be ignored, and it needs to be cleaned up in an all-round way. In this context, the urgent task for colleges and universities to adapt to the requirements of the new era, implement the fundamental task of moral education and promote the healthy development of colleges and universities is to actively construct the entrepreneurial power mechanism of university cadres and officials. Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the current cadre motivation mechanism in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the feasible construction path of cadre motivation mechanism from three aspects of internal promotion, external guarantee and supervision and accountability.
