Abstract: Translation practice is a complex process with clear direction. In the process of expression, theoretical guidance is needed. In the process of proofreading, translation standards are needed to measure the quality of translation. The Functionalist Skopos theory provides important guiding principles for translation practice and criteria for the quality of translation. Never Lose a Customer Again includes various proper nouns as name of companies and brands, many interesting headlines and typical complex long sentences, which sets obstacles to the convey of information. Guided by Skopos rule, Coherence rule and Felidity rule, source language information can be conveyed faithfully, completely and fluently to target language readers, to realize the purposes and functions of the source text.
