采纳水平视角下的制造企业RFID采纳影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Manufacturing Enterprises’ RFID Adoption From the Perspective of Adoption Level

  • 摘要: 为了提升RFID采纳水平和应用成效,利用STOPE框架对单元级、战术级、战略级和制造网络级四个采纳水平下的RFID采纳影响因素进行了理论分析并提出了研究假设。在此基础上,构建了STOPE-AM模型,根据357份问卷调研数据,利用结构方程模型对理论模型进行了实证检验。结果表明:不同采纳水平下制造企业RFID技术采纳的关键影响因素具有一定差异;采纳水平越高,企业RFID技术采纳的关键影响因素越复杂。

     

    Abstract: To improve adoption level and application effect of RFID, the STOPE framework was used to analyze the influencing factors of RFID adoption theoretically under the four adoption levels of unit level, tactical level, strategic level and manufacturing network level, and the research hypotheses were put forward. On this basis, the STOPE-AM model was constructed, and the structural equation model was used to test the theoretical model according to the data of 357 questionnaires. The results show that the key influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises’ RFID adoption under different adoption levels are different, the higher the adoption level, the more complex the key influencing factors.
