Abstract: Under the influence of the modeling on the poems of the prosperous period of Tang Dynasty in the early Ming Dynasty, Yu Qian also showed obvious traces of modeling on the poems of the prosperous period of Tang Dynasty in his poetry creation. It not only inherited Du Fu’s realistic creative feelings of worrying the country and the people, but also imitated Li Bai to express his romantic and secret feelings in his poems. In addition, in the creation of frontier poetry, Yu Qian inherited the writing tradition of frontier poetry in the prosperous period of Tang Dynasty. There is not only full of high morale in his poetry, but also the writing of the desolate view to express high morale. Due to the influence of modeling on the poems of the prosperous period of Tang Dynasty, Yu Qian’s poetry showed different style with the Tai Ge poetry which was very popular at that time. Moreover, Yu Qian’s poetry played a certain transitional function at the level of modeling on the poems of the prosperous period of Tang Dynasty.
