Abstract: The keys are national colleges’ and universities’ ideological and political work under the new situation should be strengthened and promoted and the leadership responsibility of Party committees in colleges and universities must be implemented. This paper adopts survey research and literature research methods, and its selective analysis bases on implementing leadership responsibility of ideological and political work and the existing problems of Party committees in colleges and universities, researching exploratory the practice path of implementing leadership responsibility in ideological and political work of Party committees in colleges and universities. The result turns out that Party committees in colleges and universities only through practical and effective practice path, implementing the responsibility of ideological and political work leadership system, improving the responsibility of overall planning fulfillment system of ideological and political work and implementing the responsibility of ideological and political work guarantee strength, they can better fulfill under the new situation the political responsibility of gradually strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. The result of this research is helpful for Party committees in colleges and universities through effective practice path to compact the independent responsibility of ideological and political work, fully implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents in an all-round way and cultivate the students to be builders and successors with all round development of morality, intelligence, sports, aesthetics and labor for socialist undertakings or causes.
