Abstract: Rural express logistics has attracted much attention of all walks of life as a " link” for connecting agricultural products into cities, industrial products and agricultural products to the countryside, driving farmers’ employment and promoting the " carrier”of rural revitalization. However, the problem of the " last kilometer” distribution of rural express logistics has become a common " persistent disease” that affects and restricts the scientific and healthy development of rural express logistics. By analyzing the development status of rural express logistics and the problems existing in rural express logistics distribution, this paper puts forward to construct the terminal distribution mode of rural express logistics under the guidance of government’s reasonable planning, attaching importance to personnel training, accelerating information construction and realizing resource sharing, with a view to promoting the scientific and healthy development of the end delivery of rural express logistics.
