Abstract: Counselors are the organizers and instructors of daily ideological and political education of university students. Communication management is the main content and important link. In management, communication is divided into three major elements: recipient, transmitter and media. We are effectively applied to the specific practice of the current counselor's work from the five aspects of understanding the role of college students as recipients, knowing the role of a counselor as a communicator, innovating communication medium, enriching communication channels, consummating communication mode.
