高校低年级工科学生学习适应性调查与培育对策研究

Research on Learning Adaptability and Cultivation Countermeasures of the Junior Grade Engineering Students in Universities

  • 摘要: 高校新生在入校后由于学习环境、学习内容等突变而不能及时调整自己学习计划和学习方法,从而导致大学生出现学习适应不良的现象。基于南昌航空大学1 005名低年级工科学生的问卷调查可得出:影响高校低年级工科学生学习适应性的相关因素主要是学习目标、学习主动性、学习困难、教学模式认同度、专业认同度等。在此基础上,探讨了提升高校低年级工科学生学习适应性的三条培育对策建议。

     

    Abstract: The freshmen can't adjust their learning plans and learning methods in time because of the sudden change of learning environment and learning content, which leads to the phenomenon of students’learning maladjustment. A questionnaire survey was conducted base on the 1 005 junior engineering students from Nanchang Hangkong University. The conclusion is that the main correlative factors of the learning adaptability are learning goals, learning initiative, learning difficulties, teaching methods identification, and professional identity for the junior grade engineering students. Based on this conclusion, three countermeasures for improving the learning adaptability of the junior grade engineering students in universities are discussed.
