知识管理视域下大学青年教师专业化能力形成机理与对策

The Formation Mechanism and Countermeasures of Professionalization Development of Young Teachers in Universities From the Perspective of Knowledge Management

  • 摘要: 青年教师是大学发展的关键力量,青年教师专业化发展问题也是各大学人才队伍建设的重要内容。以知识管理为视角,在知识管理理论、教师专业化诠释的基础上,分析知识管理与大学青年教师专业化能力培养的运行机理,并从青年教师的个体层面、群体层面、学校层面三个维度提出了专业化能力形成的对策。

     

    Abstract: Young teachers are the key force in the development of universities.The professionalization development of young teachers is one of the most important parts of university's talent team construction. From the perspective of knowledge management, the paper focuses on analyzing professionalization development formation mechanism of young teachers in universities on the basis of the knowledge management theory and the interpretation of teacher professionalization. It proposes some countermeasures of professionalization development formation from individual dimension, group dimension, and university dimension.
