Abstract: Based on the research on the demand of talents in the aerospace industry in Jiangxi province, this paper finds out the problems existing in the development of aerospace professional clusters.Then it puts forward the development strategy of aerospace professional clusters in Jiangxi province. These strategies include establishing super aerospace professional platform, establishing an open professional cluster resource pool shared by schools and enterprises, establishing a dynamic disciplines and professional adjustment mechanism for aerospace professional cluster, constructing the advantages and characteristics of aviation majors and strategic design and support system for aviation professional cluster.
