高考计分方式的优化路径探析

An Analysis on Optimizing the Scoring Method of the College Entrance Examination

  • 摘要: 当前我国大陆正在进行新一轮高考改革。从上海市和浙江省已完成的第一轮新高考来看,新高考制度更重视学生的主体选择性,增强了灵活性,获得了一定的社会认可。但新高考制度下的计分方式仍存在以下不足:可能导致学生学习的偏科倾向、功利取向愈加明显;未能进一步彰显高考制度的公平性;选考科目的计分方式容易诱发考生"避难就易"的选考倾向;新高考模式中,综合素质评价结果未能发挥实质性作用。因此在借鉴我国香港地区中学文凭考试计分方式的基础上,对新高考计分方式存在的问题提出优化建议,以期对高考制度的改革与发展提供些许政策思路。

     

    Abstract: Mainland China is currently advancing a new round of reforms in the national college entrance examination. After the completion in the first new college entrance examination in Shanghai and Zhejiang province, this new system has showed the improvement not only in paying more attention to students' own decisions, but also in enhancing flexibility, which has gained certain social recognition. However, there are also some shortcomings of the scoring method, for example, it may lead to students' learning bias, and utilitarian orientation may become more popular; moreover, it may have a negative effect on highlighting the fairness of the college entrance examination system, and the scoring method of selective subjects is more likely to induce candidates to avoid the difficult and choose the easy; what's more, the overall quality evaluation results did not play a substantial role in the new college entrance examination model. This study draws lessons from the scoring method of HKDSE, and provides some optimization suggestions for the existing problems in the new college entrance examination scoring method, and may also provide some policy ideas for the reform and development of the college entrance examination system.
