Abstract: The connotation of the Chinese revolutionary spirit consists of the ideals, beliefs, purposes, ideological lines, and fine styles that the Chinese Communists have always insisted to at different stages of the revolution,and reflecting on the spiritual realm and practice. With its unique and advanced ideological and spiritual connotations, the Chinese revolutionary spirit has great value for building Chinese spirit, enhancing cultural self-confidence, cultivating and practicing socialist core values, and building an advanced ruling culture. Therefore, we must continue to explore and innovate the practical path of carrying forward the spirit of Chinese revolution by combining the new characteristics and new requirements of the new era.
