硕士生培养模式适应性调整的对策研究——来自江西省硕士生在线调查的证据

Research on the Countermeasure of Postgraduate Training Mode Adjustment——Evidence Based on Online Survey About Masters in Jiangxi Province

  • 摘要: 硕士研究生招生规模逐年扩大,经济社会发展对硕士生的需求多元化,可是硕士生培养目标却呈现"单一化""学术化"的趋势。通过对江西省四所大学的硕士生在线调查,发现导致"高压硕士"的症结:前沿知识和跨学科课程不足,培养无法体现应有的广度和深度;课程设置的针对性不强,学术型和专业型硕士培养方式雷同;实践课程缺乏,导致实践能力不足;科研实践机会缺乏,难以激发硕士生科研创新能力的提升。为此提出了以下建议:应根据不同培养目标,进行差别化培养;培养方案要与时俱进,反映时代特色;利用互联网的优势,推动优质课程资源共享;通过"产学研结合",强化硕士生实践能力;通过研究课题专项资金,培养硕士生创新能力。

     

    Abstract: With the expansion of enrollment scale of postgraduates, although the postgraduate demand for economic and social development is diversified, the postgraduate training objectives show the trend of "simplification" and "academic". Through online survey about the masters of four universities in Jiangxi province, we found the following crux problems leading to masters' high unemployment:First, frontier knowledge and interdisciplinary courses cannot reflect its breadth and depth; Second, the fact that targeted curriculum is weakening, which leads to same academic and professional master training mode; Third, the lack of practice in the course leads to the lack of practical ability; Forth, because of scientific research and practice lack of opportunity, it is difficult to stimulate postgraduates' scientific research innovation ability. Based on above, this paper proposes the following suggestions:First, differentiated training, according to the different training objectives; Second, training programs should keep pace with the times, reflect the characteristics of the times; Third, promotes the quality curriculum resource sharing, with the help of advantage of the Internet; Forth, through the combination, strengthen graduate students practical ability; Fifth, through the research of special funds, fostering masters' innovation ability.
