基于创新人才培养全过程的自动控制原理课程教学体系研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Teaching System of Automatic Control Principle Based on the Whole Process of Cultivating Innovative Talents

  • 摘要: 将创新人才培养全过程与具体课程教学相契合,既有利于提高大学生创新创业能力,又能切实增强高校创新创业教育的实效性。教师应在明确创新创业教育对自动控制原理课程教学内容、理念、模式和方法等多方面改革的内在驱动机理基础上,将创新创业教育理念切实融入到自动控制原理课程教学体系中。基于创新人才培养全过程的课程教学体系采用"金字塔"式架构,分别由理论教学、实验教学、创新教学、创业孵化四大模块构成,遵循目标导向、因材施教、全面评价、有效激励的原则。教学实践过程中应注重顶层规划、教学内容导引、考核评价反馈、协同育人机制等内容的设计。

     

    Abstract: The combination of the whole process of cultivating innovative talents and the teaching of specific courses will not only help to improve the creative ability of students, but also enhance the effectiveness of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. On the basis of the inner driving mechanism of the reform of the teaching contents, ideas, patterns and methods of the "automatic control principle", the teacher integrates the concept of innovative entrepreneurship education into the course teaching system of the principle of automatic control. The course teaching system based on the whole process of cultivating creative talents adopts the "Pyramid" structure, which is composed of four modules:theoretical teaching, experimental teaching, innovative teaching and entrepreneurial incubating. It follows the principles of goal orientation, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, comprehensive evaluation and effective encouragement. In the process of teaching practice, we should pay attention to the design of top-level planning, teaching content guidance, assessment feedback, collaborative education mechanism and so on.
