A New Interpretation of the Important Literature of Liu An's Rebellion——Discussion on the Real Purpose of JIAN FA MINYUE SHU

  • 摘要: 汉淮南王刘安谋反一案，其《谏伐闽越书》是一个很重要的证据。自古至今，学者们对这篇谏书的理解颇有不同，进而影响到对刘安是否谋反的判断。西汉南方诸越始终是包括汉王朝在内的多方势力竞相利用的一颗重要棋子，淮南国与诸越之间存在利用关系。刘安刻意违背汉武帝平定闽越的决策，其《谏伐闽越书》的确切意图是出于维持封国的考虑，努力要避免汉王朝对诸越用兵，防止汉王朝完全控制诸越后，淮南国就失去了这颗可以利用的重要棋子。

     

    Abstract: JIAN FA MINYUE SHU is an important evidence of Liu An's rebellion.From old days to present day, the understandings of JIAN FA MINYUE SHU is different, which effects the judgment of Liu An's rebellion.MINYUE was an important area which was often used by HAN and HUAINAN. The relationship of HUAINAN and MINYUE was very close and useful. Liu An meant to disobey the decision of HAN. The real purpose of JIAN FA MINYUE SHU was to avoid the war between HAN and MINYUE, in case of losing an important card when HAN controlled MINYUE completely.
