卖方市场下知识型人才价值取向、心理契约与组织承诺

Value Orientation,Psychological Contract and Organizational Commitment of the Knowledge-based Talent in the Seller's Market

  • 摘要: 随着经济社会转型和高等教育发展,具有学术资本的知识型人才逐渐演变为"卖方市场",在卖方市场下知识型人才的价值取向发生着重大改变,其对组织的心理契约也水涨船高。通过探讨卖方市场下知识型人才的价值取向和心理契约变化,分析变化机理,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出组织承诺的提升建议。

     

    Abstract: With economic and social transformation and the development of higher education,the knowledge-based talents with academic ability turned into the seller's market.The value orientation and psychological contract of knowledge-based talents are changing significantly in the seller's market.Through trying to analyze and explain the changes of value orientation and psychological contract, the study endeavor to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from macro, medium and micro aspects in order to enhance organizational commitment.
