Abstract: In the nineteenth major reports of the Communist Party of China, it is clearly pointed out that the full range of public employment services will be provided to promote the multichannel employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates. The organization of the Communist Party of University has the characteristics of sound institutions and close contact with students, and has unique advantages in the aspects of theory, politics, organization and system. To play the positive role of the University Communist Party organization to serve the employment of college students, it can achieve twice the result with half the effort. The university party organization can create cultural atmosphere, organizing thematic events, build practice platform, set up the correct concept of employment of college students, enhance students' awareness of entrepreneurship, improving the employment ability of college students, college students employment and entrepreneurship service better, more fully realize the high quality employment and entrepreneurship.
