基于岗位胜任力的高校空乘专业人才培养特点研究

Characteristics of the Professional-competency-based Training Program for Airline Flight Attendant Major Students

  • 摘要: 优化高校人才培养方案来提高大学生就业率是高校专业建设与发展的核心主题。通过实证研究和问卷调查等方法,对空乘专业大学生在校成绩、面试成绩、就业后发展状况等数据、资料进行深入分析,结果发现:人才培养方案对大学生岗位胜任力有着重要影响,不同类型航空公司对大学生岗位胜任力的要求存在差异。因此,空乘人才培养应在专业技能基础上,以企业需求为导向,结合高校自身特色,加大外语、艺术素养、拓展技能、心理素质、社交技巧等综合素质提升,针对性设计培养方案。

     

    Abstract: It is a primary objective in the construction and development of universities programs to increase the employment of university students by optimizing the talent training program. By means of empirical study and questionnaire survey, this paper carried out an in-depth analysis of airline flight attendant majors' grades at school, interview results, and the development status after employment. And it found out that the training program exerted crucial influence on students' professional competency, which varied accordingly with the different types of airlines company. Consequently, the training program of Airline Flight Attendant majors should be designed to be professional-competency-oriented, taking company demand as the guidance. Also, it should be projected to combine the characteristics of university itself and aims to enhance students' foreign language skills, artistic taste, extended skills, psychological quality, social skills, and other comprehensive qualities.
