社会目标和课堂目标结构对大学生学业施助的影响

The Impact of Social Goals and Classroom Goal Structure on College Students' Academic Help Giving.

  • 摘要: 学业施助的研究不仅在一定程度上弥补了当前对学业求助过程中施助者关注的不足,而且对于促进学业求助过程的顺利进行亦有积极意义。以大学生数学学习为例,探讨了学生所持有的社会目标及其感知到的课堂目标结构对其学业施助的影响,结果发现:支配性目标对工具性施助和执行性施助均具有负向影响;受欢迎目标对工具性施助有负向影响,对执行性施助有正向影响;亲密目标结构对工具性施助具有正向影响;课堂掌握目标对工具性施助具有正向影响;课堂成绩目标对工具性施助和执行性施助均具有负向影响。

     

    Abstract: The study of academic help giving not only makes up for the current lack of attention to the helpers in the process of academic help seeking, but also has a positive effect on promoting the process of academic help. Taking the students' mathematics learning as an example, this paper explored the impact of social goals and classroom goals on students' academic help giving. It was found that dominant goal had a negative impact on instrumental academic help giving(IAHG) and executive academic help giving(EAHG), popularity goal had a negative impact on the IAHG and a positive effect on EAHG, intimate goal had a positive effect on IAHG, the classroom mastery goal had a positive effect on IAHG, classroom achievement goal had a negative impact on both IAHG and EAHG.
