Abstract: Jiangxi enjoys superior natural conditions and has been an important producing area of teasince ancient times. The long history of tea production highlights the splendid development of tea industry in Jiangxi Province. The resulting tea culture reflects a rich cultural heritage and containsrich cultural resources.In recent years, the Jiangxi provincial government and administrative departments at all levels have done a great deal of work in terms of the scale of tea production, the popularity of tea brands and the economic and social benefits of the tea culture industry, which have promoted the popularization and development of tea culture in Jiangxi province and made Jiangxi become the thriving place of tea culture. However, the development and progress of the times put forward new and higher requirements for the development and innovation of Jiangxi tea culture. At present, there are still some problems in the development of tea culture industry in Jiangxi Province, which is not conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of tea culture industry in Jiangxi Province. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the status quo and problems of the development of tea culture industry in Jiangxi Province, this paper makes further innovation research on the way out for the development of tea culture industry in Jiangxi Province, resolves the problems of development, enhances the economic benefits and social benefits of Jiangxi tea culture industry and provides valuable reference for the benign development of Jiangxi tea culture industry.
