中小企业技术创新的就业增长效应——基于443家中小板上市公司的数据

Effect of Innovation on Employment Growth in SMEs:Based on the Data of 443 Listed Companies in China

摘要: 本研究基于2011—2015年中国中小板443家上市公司的面板数据，对中小企业技术创新影响就业增长的直接效应和间接效应进行了估计，并比较分析了不同所有制性质的企业、以及不同地区企业之间的差别。研究发现，中小企业技术创新对促进就业增长有积极作用，中小企业技术创新对就业增长的影响在不同所有制性质的企业之间，以及不同地区的企业之间存在差异。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of 443 listed companies in China SMEs Board from 2011 to 2015, we examined the direct effect and indirect effect of innovation on employment growth in SMEs. The difference in the employment effect of innovation between different regions and ownerships is analyzed. The result shows that innovation has significant positive impact on employment growth in SMEs; there are obvious regional differences and ownership differences in the impact of innovation on employment growth.
