Abstract:
Based on the investigation of cooperatives in Jinggangshan RBA, the role of farmers' cooperatives in food safety service functions was analyzed from the perspective of food safety. And the orderly Probit model is used to interpret the factors that may affect the index of food safety service function of cooperatives. It is concluded that the education level of leaders, annual technical training times, the quality certification of agricultural products, the rank of cooperatives, the number of professional persons, support from governments, products market brands have a significant impact on the service function of farmers' professional cooperatives. By establishing good restraint and incentive mechanism to guide farmers to consciously guarantee the safety of fruit and vegetable can make the best of food safety service of cooperatives and eliminate the food safety crisis from the source, which can effectively improve the economic and social environment of RBA more better.
