Abstract:
Brand is the core asset of an enterprise, the enterprise brand or product brand may be the first thing comes up our mind, when we talk about brand. However, the entrepreneurs' personal brand has received extensive attention of the researchers. This may bring adverse impact on the enterprise brand. While many entrepreneurs are more famous than the enterprise run by themselves. In this article Millet company is taken as an example to analyze that the development of entrepreneurs' personal brand would be a threat to the development of enterprise. The threat can come from four aspects, which are the risk of spreading entrepreneurs personal brand image, the risk of entrepreneurs personal set thinking, the risk of over-extension caused by entrepreneurs and the risk of that enterprises blindly depend on the entrepreneurs' excellent brand image. Then the relevant measures are put forward in this article. Entrepreneurs' personal brand is the wealth of the enterprise and also the entrepreneur personal wealth, which should be down with great care.
