企业成长过程中塑造企业家个人品牌的风险分析——以小米公司为例

Research on Risks and Precautions of Enterprises' Brand Personalization——Taking Millet Company as an Example

  • 摘要: 品牌是企业的核心资产,除了企业品牌、产品品牌这些为大家所熟知的品牌之外,企业家个人品牌也日益受到研究者的关注,当前中国的很多企业出现了企业家个人比其所经营的企业品牌更出名更有影响力的现象,这可能会给企业家所在公司的企业品牌造成不良影响。以小米公司为例,从企业家个人品牌形象传播风险、企业家定势思维风险、企业家决策失误风险和企业过于依赖企业家个人品牌形象风险这4个方面分析了企业家个人品牌对企业发展带来的风险,并提出了相应的解决对策。

     

    Abstract: Brand is the core asset of an enterprise, the enterprise brand or product brand may be the first thing comes up our mind, when we talk about brand. However, the entrepreneurs' personal brand has received extensive attention of the researchers. This may bring adverse impact on the enterprise brand. While many entrepreneurs are more famous than the enterprise run by themselves. In this article Millet company is taken as an example to analyze that the development of entrepreneurs' personal brand would be a threat to the development of enterprise. The threat can come from four aspects, which are the risk of spreading entrepreneurs personal brand image, the risk of entrepreneurs personal set thinking, the risk of over-extension caused by entrepreneurs and the risk of that enterprises blindly depend on the entrepreneurs' excellent brand image. Then the relevant measures are put forward in this article. Entrepreneurs' personal brand is the wealth of the enterprise and also the entrepreneur personal wealth, which should be down with great care.
