本科人才培养知识生态系统构建的实践探索

Practice Exploration of Undergraduate Talent Training Knowledge Ecology System Construction

  • 摘要: 构建本科人才培养知识生态系统,是满足知识需求和促进知识价值流转,进而提高人才培养质量的重要路径。面对本科人才培养过程中知识资源不足、知识需求与知识供给脱节、知识价值流通不畅等藩篱,高校应瞄准本科人才培养知识生态系统的切入点,围绕培养高素质的人才目标,以与知识需求匹配为基准点,从建立多方位和多环节的知识生态节点入手,采取创建知识生态链、设立知识生态系统的运行机制、营造知识生态系统环境等措施,合力构建知识生态系统,促进人才培养质量的提升。

     

    Abstract: The construction of knowledge system of undergraduate training is an important way to meet the needs of knowledge and promote the transfer of knowledge value, and to improve the quality of personnel training. In the face of undergraduate training in the process of knowledge resources, the separation of knowledge demand and knowledge supply, the value of knowledge circulation and other barriers, Nanchang Hangkong University firmly grasp the point of knowledge ecological system of undergraduate talents training, focus on the cultivation of high-quality talents, and to match the needs of knowledge as the starting point, starting from the ecological knowledge node establishes a multi-faceted and multi link,to create knowledge through the ecological chain, the operation mechanism of the establishment of knowledge ecosystem, creating knowledge ecosystem the environment and other measures to construct knowledge ecosystem of talent training, promote the quality of personnel training.
