Abstract: The current research mainly includes the basic concept of the PPP mode, risk management, evaluation of the PPP mode, and so on. However, the study of the PPP project critical success factors for metro is almost none. In combination with just the start of construction of the characteristics of Nanchang Metro line three, in the form of literature, the critical success factors list is listed. Through the design of questionnaire, then the recovery of questionnaire is analyzed. The third, through the entropy weight method, the critical success factors of Nanchang Metro PPP model are identified. Combining with the study of critical success factors for Nanchang Metro PPP project, the successful implementation are proposed.
