Abstract: The study of female occupations during the period of Republic China became more prosperous in recent twenty years. Not only there is a macroscopic overview of problems of women profession, but are special topics such as female occupation concept, vocational education, occupational status and occupational type. However, due to the limitations of historical data and research perspectives, there are still many areas of reflection in the study of problems of female occupation during the period of the Republic of China, such as the development of research perspective, the expansion of research area and scope, and the use of historical materials. During the period of the Republic of China, the study of female occupation issues still has a long way to go.
