Abstract: The prevalence of the We-media change the educational ideas, content and means of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Under the We-media environment, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing the diversity of educational content demands, the flexibility of educational means and other practical challenges. Therefore, we need to change the traditional concept and establish a new concept of "people-oriented" education, explore the educational content and construct a new model of the ideological and political education of the We-media, cultivate from the media skills, the construction of ideological and political education professional team, etc. All of these fit new ideas of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities in the We-media Age.
