论大学英语教师反思能力的培养

On Developing Reflective Ability of College English Teachers

  • 摘要: 近年来,教师的专业化发展受到越来越多的关注,其中反思被认为是教师专业化发展的核心,提高教师的反思能力是提高其自身发展的有效途径。国内外对反思性教学有一定的研究,大学英语教师有必要结合英语课程的特点进行反思性能力培养,掌握如何在教学实践中运用反思的方法。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, teachers' professional development has gain more and more attention and reflective teaching is regarded as the core focus in the field of teacher education. Enhancing teacher's reflective ability has become an effective way for the development of teachers' profession. By exploring the definition of reflective teaching and the features of College English, this article discusses the necessity to improve the reflective teaching level of College English teachers, as well as give guidance on how to draw on the practical reflective methods in English teaching.
