理工科高校基层党组织帮扶实践探索——以南昌航空大学某学院学业困难学生帮扶为例

Practical Exploration of Helping by Grass-roots Party organization in Universities of Science and Technology——An Example of Students With Academic Problems in Nanchang Hangkong University

  • 摘要: 学业困难学生属于高校特殊群体之一,当学业困境无法改善时,这类学生容易出现自卑、焦虑、抑郁等情绪,甚至引发严重的心理危机。根据学业困难学生帮扶管理过程中存在的问题,积极探索了理工科高校基层党组织对学业困难学生帮扶管理的有效途径与方法,建立了“2帮1”的帮扶管理模式,帮助学业困难学生消除学业障碍、化解心理困惑、缓解心理压力,预防学业困难学生群体的消级情绪、极端行为的产生,以达到顺利完成学业的目的。

     

    Abstract: Students with academic problems belong to one of the special groups in universities. This type of students is likely to have such emotions as inferiority, anxiety and depression, even vulnerable to serious mental crisis. The problems in the process of helping students with difficult school work was empirical studied, the effective approaches and methods to help students with difficult school work used by the primary Party organization in universities of science and technology was actively explored, the helping management model of 2 help 1 was builded, so as to help students with difficult school to eliminate obstacles, resolve psychological confusion and relieve psychological pressure, and prevent the negative emotions and extreme actions, and finally successfully complete the goal.
