Abstract: The campus entrepreneurial culture in universities is an important part of the campus culture.Under the background of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the construction of campus entrepreneurial culture in Local universities should promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in the aspect of propaganda,practice and system.The Local universities should create entrepreneurial culture environment,form the soft environment for entrepreneurship education and organize entrepreneurial culture activities to stimulate students' entrepreneurial consciousness.They should also promote the sustainable and healthy development of campus entrepreneurial culture construction by the way of establishing a school-based,teacher-led and student-oriented management mode.
