Abstract: Yu Qiuyu's cultural views included the culture connotation and ultimate goal of the culture, the characteristics and shortcomings of traditional culture, the achievements and problems of the current culture construction. His study had full of strong humanism which revealed his infinite thinking and expectancy on our national culture as a humanist. It had much useful for the future study of culture to explore his cultural views, which benefits to promoting the construction of the socialist cultural power as well.
