Abstract: The upgrading of manufacturing industry is an important component of upgrading industry structure. The core is technology upgrading or technology substitution. Developed countries mainly use patented technology or per patent law to protect technological gains so as to promote technological capabilities and technological innovation. Patent industrialization has gradually become the inevitable way to promote technology innovation and manufacturing industry upgrading. Patent technology coordinates product innovation, demand innovation and management innovation with industrialization to promote the upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the mechanism of patent industrialization is discussed, combined with the investigation and status of patent industrialization based on the data of Jiangxi Province. The problem of the patent industrialization in Jiangxi Province is concluded and corresponding recommendations are given.
