知识产权专业的“双师协同”教学模式探索

Exploration on Teaching Model of Double-Teacher Collaboration for Intellectual Property

  • 摘要: 知识产权专业人才培养应重视人才的“复合型”需求,“双师协同”教学模式是一种可供选择的探索路径。它是师师、师生之间“教与学的交往”相互合作竞争的互动型教学形式。该教学模式在知识产权专业的人才培养中具有重要作用。通过对知识产权专业“双师协同”教学模式的适用课程设置、师资团队建设以及课堂实施过程进行探索,可以使学生学会独立思维和主动学习,不断提升知识产权专业课程的教学效果。

     

    Abstract: The professional training of intellectual property shall pay attention to the compound demand of talents, and the teaching mode of double teacher collaboration is an alternative path. The teaching mode of double-teacher collaboration is an interactive teaching mode of mutual cooperation and competition between teachers and students. The teaching mode of double-teacher collaboration plays an important role in the cultivation of intellectual property. Professional setting of application courses, good construction of teaching team, and the exploration of teaching implementation process for the teaching mode of double-teacher collaboration will be beneficial to students' independent thinking and active learning and the improvement for the teaching effect of intellectual property courses.
