员工创客化下的人力资源管理新理念

The New Concept of Human Resource Management Under the Condition of Employee Makerization

  • 摘要: 员工创客化是人力资源管理需要面对的新命题。文章在总结了创客化员工职业特征的基础上,提出了人力资源管理从业者需要面对的挑战,重点探讨了在创客化时代,人力资源管理者需要建立的6种新理念:一是组织诉求需要从追求工作忠诚度与工作满意度向工作幸福感转变;二是人力资源管理需要承担跨界管理的职责;三是需要探索建立伙伴支持型的人力资源管理模式;四是创客化员工的雇佣关系已从雇员社会向合作雇佣关系转变;五是建立创客化员工的无边界职业生涯管理;六是建立全过程的“创客激励”制度。

     

    Abstract: Employee makerization is a new proposition for human resource management. This paper summarizes the professional characteristics of the makerization employee, and puts forward the challenges that human resource management practitioners need to face, focusing on the analysis of the six kinds of new ideas that need to be established in the era of employee makerization. First, organizational demands should change from the pursuit of loyalty and satisfaction to happiness. Second, human resource management needs to undertake the responsibility of cross-border management. Third, it is necessary to explore a partnership model of human resource management. Fourth, the employment relationship has changed from the employee's society to the cooperative relationship. Fifth, it is necessary to establish the non-boundary career management of makerization employee. Sixth, it is necessary to establish the whole process of "maker incentive"system.
