Abstract: Party identification is an important research area in party politics,which is rich in theoretical resources and provides a new perspective for deepening party politics research.The party identity of the masses fundamentally determines the vitality of the ruling party. As a new type of urbanization in the process of the new community, the work of the community party construction is directly related to the party's political authority and governance foundation. Using the theory of party identification to analyze the work of party organizations in Nong Zhuanfei community of Chengdu H street,and summarize the problems of the party's poor ruling ability,the irrational party organization structure,the publicity of CCP affairs lags and other issues,accordingly proposing the opinions of strengthening the ability of ruling ability and enhancing the party organization influence,optimizing the structure of party members and strengthening the attractiveness of party organizations,enhancing the information disclosure of community affairs and the credibility of the party organization.
